Last updated: March 2026 · Applies to euphoric.so and the Euphoric iOS app

By accessing our website or using the Euphoric app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of euphoric.so and the Euphoric iOS application, including beta testers and waitlist members.

Who we are

Euphoric is a mental wellness application designed to help users identify and understand their emotions. The service is operated by the Euphoric team. You can reach us at hello@euphoric.so.

Using Euphoric

You may use Euphoric for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. By using the app or website you agree to:

Beta access

During the beta period, Euphoric is provided free of charge. Beta access is invitation-only and may be revoked at any time. Features, content, and functionality may change without notice as we continue to develop the product.

By joining the beta, you agree that you may encounter bugs, errors, or incomplete features. We appreciate your patience and feedback — it directly shapes the product.

Your content

Any journal entries, voice reflections, or other content you create within Euphoric belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your personal content.

Your emotional session data and reflections are stored locally on your device. We cannot access, read, or use this content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Not a medical service

Euphoric is a personal wellness tool, not a medical or mental health service. The app is designed to support emotional self-awareness and reflection — it is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical advice.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services in your area.

Intellectual property

All content, design, branding, and technology within Euphoric — including the app interface, emotion framework, and website — is owned by Euphoric and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our service without written permission.

Third-party services

Euphoric integrates with third-party services including Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, Firebase, Google Analytics, and the Anthropic Claude API. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

Availability

We aim to keep Euphoric running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice, particularly during the beta period. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euphoric and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months (which during the beta period is zero).

Termination

You may stop using Euphoric at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms. On termination, your locally stored data remains on your device until you delete the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Euphoric shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notification. Continued use of Euphoric after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
