Euphoric ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect when you sign up to our beta waitlist, how we use it, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent, given when you checked the consent box on our signup form.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
We retain your data for as long as you remain on our waitlist or are an active user. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.
Our waitlist page does not currently use cookies or any tracking scripts. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking at this time.
Euphoric is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Email us at hello@euphoric.so — we respond within 30 days.
This section covers how Euphoric handles your data within the iOS app. It applies in addition to the website policy above.
Important: Euphoric processes sensitive personal data — specifically, information about your emotional and mental states. This data is stored locally on your device and is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for profiling.
Account data — when you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address to create and identify your account.
Emotion session data — the emotions you tap during each session and session timestamps. Stored locally on your device only.
Journal and reflection entries — any text you write in response to reflection prompts. Stored locally on your device only. We cannot read these entries.
Voice recordings — if you use voice reflection, recordings are processed on-device and never uploaded or stored on our servers.
Usage analytics — anonymised data about how you use the app: session length, feature usage, frequency. This does not include your emotional data or journal entries.
Euphoric uses the Claude AI API (by Anthropic) to surface contextually relevant emotions during your sessions:
Read Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
Your emotion sessions, journal entries, and voice reflections are stored entirely on your device. This data does not leave your phone unless you explicitly export it. Anonymised analytics are processed by Firebase and Google on their servers.
Since your session data is stored on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the app. Your account data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days of an account deletion request.
To delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app, or email us below.
Euphoric is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
